Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

During high-volume periods, holidays, product launches, promotions, or carrier delays, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the customer’s shipping address, order size, weight, and available shipping options.

If a free shipping promotion is active, the promotion will be applied according to the terms shown at checkout.

Subscription Orders

ProVision Elite Nutrition offers subscription options on select products through Shopify Subscriptions.

Subscription orders may qualify for free shipping when shown at checkout or as part of the subscription offer. Customers may cancel, pause, or modify eligible subscriptions through their customer account.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on the shipping address, carrier service, order volume, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the carrier.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

ProVision Elite Nutrition is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible through our website. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and package handling are controlled by the carrier.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check around your delivery location, with neighbors, household members, building management, or your local carrier office.

ProVision Elite Nutrition is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will review order issues in good faith and assist where reasonably possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item, packaging, or incorrect product so we can review the issue properly.

If the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Returns and Satisfaction Guarantee

Returns and Satisfaction Review

ProVision Elite Nutrition offers a 30-Day Satisfaction Review. If you have a concern with your order or product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Because our products are dietary supplements and consumable goods, returns may be limited for safety, quality-control, and health-related reasons. Refunds, replacements, or credits are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

International Shipping

At this time, shipping availability may be limited based on destination, product type, and checkout settings.

If international shipping is available at checkout, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or additional charges required by their country.

ProVision Elite Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, import restrictions, or international carrier issues.
